Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Valere packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
